First, check the list below to see if we carry the instrument you need a part for. Then check to see if the make and model of your instrument is on the list. If it is, call to order and give the technician the make, model, and serial number of your instrument and also the part number or description of the needed part.
Our technician will take it from there and check on whether we have it or not. We will give you the following information; if the part is in stock, the lead time, the quantity in stock, the sales price, and shipping price. If you decide to purchase it, you will go to our website www.rankinbiomed.com and fill out the order form with your contact, payment, and shipping information and submit it to us.
Once processed, we will ship the part and email an invoice. You may also order over the phone by calling 248 625-4104 and selecting extension 3 for Parts Sales. We will need your contact, payment, and shipping information.
