Warranty Terms & Conditions
Rankin-refurbished products are guaranteed to be free from defects in material and workmanship and are covered by a thorough warranty, restoring the products to the manufacturer’s original intent.
Warranty Period
- Rankin-refurbished products sold and operating within the USA come with a standard warranty of 1 year on parts and labor to the first user of the products beginning on the Warranty Start Date.
- Rankin-refurbished products sold and operating outside of the USA come with a warranty of 90 days on parts only.
- New products sold by Rankin are warranted by the applicable manufacturers.
Service Hours
Service will be performed at mutually agreeable times worked out by both parties and will be serviced during normal working hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, holidays excluded.
