The Leica ASP300 Tissue Processor is a top-of-the-line, fully enclosed tissue processor designed for routine and research histopathology. The Leica ASP300 Tissue Processor is capable of processing up to 300 cassette-embedded samples and features many integrated systems. User operations are simplified to reduce operator involvement and the risk of making mistakes.

The technician has the freedom to set all critical program parameters on the Leica ASP300 Tissue Processor to achieve the perfect process and can further control tissue infiltration by modifying the pressure levels inside the retort, as needed.
Minimal reagent carryover is achieved by the software-controlled 3-step draining process of the retort and by the retort design itself which also helps achieve superior specimen quality every time.
Straightforward routine user operations by an intuitive user interface, color touch screen and a variety of “smart” features, such as Reagent Management System (ensures consistent high sample quality with optimized, economic reagent use), and quick start for commonly used programs, improve specimen quality and laboratory economy.
The Leica ASP300 Tissue Processor features: four cleaning programs, multi-language, 4.5 liter retort with optical level sensor, stir bar, reagent management system, external wax drain and remote fill and drain, 4.3 liter bottles, 15 programs of up to 10 reagents, condensate bottle. Paraffin melt time is 10 hours.
